Key accountabilities include Key Strategic Activities, Content Creation & Upkeep, Horizon Scanning, Supplier Relationships, Administration, Troubleshooting, Brand Awareness.

Essential to the role are demonstrated experience with website content management systems, electronic direct marketing tools, photo editing software, copywriting & editing, video editing software, social media experience, understanding of emerging digital platforms & tools, and an understanding of SEO principles and digital metrics.

You will have high level organisational skills, interpersonal skills, and excellent attention to detail along with high level written and verbal communication skills. Basic skills in HTML, XML coding is desirable as are graphic design competencies.

Global exhibition organiser seeks a competent Business Development Manager to generate momentum for the exhibition sales function by sourcing and contracting new business and managing growth from existing business.

Specifically, you will source and build key customer relationships, identify business opportunities, negotiate and close business deals and maintain an extensive knowledge of current market trends and conditions.

You will develop and maintain relationships with existing exhibitors, sponsors, and partners and visit as required; research the market and competitors and attend industry functions,

Initiate and undertake client visits; write high quality sales proposals, compile sales quotes and contracts; produce sales plans and reports to management and achieve exhibition and sponsorship revenue targets and other appropriate KPIs.

Highly successful global event agency business seeks a highly capable Event Producer to join their live production/creative services team and be responsible for ensuring the highest standard in client event production delivery, project managing creative and technical elements, delegating to production management team and controlling the client production budget.

Specifically, you will be responsible for accountability of event projects including overseeing all creative, technical, video, data production and print design elements for multiple and concurrent projects. You will also implement project systems and procedures, write and prepare case studies, ensure accurate reporting of financials, plan resources and maximise profitability as well as  manage and develop client relationships, seek and source new sales leads to maximise potential client base.

This successful and expanding media and events organisation seeks an accomplished marketing specialist  to build and manage an integrated marketing platform for client engagement and be responsible for designing, planning and coordinating marketing programs across a range of platforms (online and offline).

Specifically, you will manage the database (outsourced CRM), digital marketing across email, social media, app. maintenance and development, website content (posts/blogs), Google Analytics along with delegate monitoring to ensure repeat attendance etc. You will work across their three main product areas of events, digital editorial and podcasts.

Working as part of a team you will be responsible for producing content for around 12 industry conference/forums, workshops and learning events each year in a multi-disciplinary role that will encompass research, client engagement, marketing communication and project management.

This market leading event design and display business seeks a capable Project Manager to join their team. You will be responsible for managing client projects to ensure they meet client expectations, along with budget, timeline and safety parameters.

Specifically you will be responsible for estimating/specifying projects and ensuring relevance to budgets & design. You will conduct thorough site analyses and infrastructure reviews, produce weekly reports & schedule updates, conduct feasibility on concept development, oversee project production & quality control,  ensure projects run within budget & to time lines, ensure clients sites are prepared and infrastructure is ready and fit for use and manage overall project logistics.
