You will be responsible for the management of the production outputs for your clients’ briefs along with management of a team of five staff, ensuring outstanding results, establishing and maintaining a high performance culture and maintaining the general well being, satisfaction and professional development.

Capabilities & Experience required:

  • Minimum five (5) years’ production experience in corporate production, theatre and live entertainment (preferably across all disciplines)

Your duties will include the following:

  • Own and professionally manage projects end-to-end from concept to execution

  • Liaise with suppliers to organise accurate build, AV and logistical requirements, price negotiations and more

Responsibilities include:

  • Management of flight estimates and bookings
  • Backend management of the corporate travel platform and completion of any travel changes
  • Management of delegate information including Frequent Flyer details, passport information, visas and ESTA
  • Ownership of the administration and data management of Events / travel utilising Event management software
  • Ownership of delegate information – ensuring all details, entries and bookings for delegates are correct

Reporting to the Head of Registration you will be part of a dynamic team supporting high-profile corporate events delivering exceptional attendee experiences.

The Registration Manager will lead and support the client in proactively creating and maintaining registration processes and systems, be responsible for financial event management and reconciliation, create and provide reports to clients, plan & execute onsite delivery, lead client and internal meetings as required, coordinate vendors and suppliers, work closely with internal production teams.

In addition, the Registration Manager will be responsible for providing support to the delegates, at same time working closely with the registration team members to provide best solutions to client requirements.

This is an exciting opportunity to get involved with an agency whose portfolio of clients includes some of the biggest names in the IT industry and deliver events including tradeshows, sponsorship activations, seminars, conferences and roadshows across Australia, New Zealand, Asia Pacific and Greater China.

Specifically, duties will include (but not be limited to) taking event briefs, participation in developing event concept, manage venue and F&B, manage supplier relationships, manage client sponsorship and booth activation, lead onsite execution team, registration processes, assist clients with event tasks, create run sheets, evaluations and onsite guides, signage & merchandise production.

Highly successful global event agency business seeks a highly capable Event Producer to join their live production/creative services team and be responsible for ensuring the highest standard in client event production delivery, project managing creative and technical elements, delegating to production management team and controlling the client production budget.

Specifically, you will be responsible for accountability of event projects including overseeing all creative, technical, video, data production and print design elements for multiple and concurrent projects.
