This successful professional conference organiser seeks an individual with a good sense of humour and who has the capacity, flexibility and willingness to be part of a committed team.

Responsibilities include but not limited to meetings across Australia and Asia, educational events including roadshows, training, exhibitions, product launches, registration builds, delegate management, travel management, venue research, client liaison, event invite and collateral, website development, AV management, budget management and reconciliation, and onsite management.

You will require at least 3-5 years’ Event Manager experience in an agency environment. You will also possess strong communication and presentation skills, the ability to work to deadlines and multi task, a team focus but also able to work independently and a reliable, flexible and enthusiastic nature. Our client provides event services including production elements such as staging, audio, AV & lighting along with entertainment requirements, from choreographed dance performances to roaming characters and everything in between.

They require a skillful, personable, motivated and knowledgeable entertainment booking professional to work in their small team of honest, hardworking people with a passion for entertainment. This is a 12 month fixed term contract with a view to permanent.

To be successful you will need:

  • Proven track record in client servicing and retention

  • At least 3 years entertainment booking experience

This successful and expanding media and events organisation seeks an accomplished marketing specialist  to build and manage an integrated marketing platform for client engagement and be responsible for designing, planning and coordinating marketing programs across a range of platforms (online and offline).

Specifically, you will manage the database (outsourced CRM), digital marketing across email, social media, app. maintenance and development, website content (posts/blogs), Google Analytics along with delegate monitoring to ensure repeat attendance etc. You will work across their three main product areas of events, digital editorial and podcasts.

You will require experience in direct and social media marketing, database management and online platforms as well as the ability to design, plan and implement all marketing and engagement programs, explore and integrate the use of new and traditional media to engage with senior level executives across the Asia Pacific region and manage the database program, mine for patterns/ideas and construct client segmentation plans.

Highly successful niche media and events business operating in the Asia Pacific region seek a capable conference producer to develop thought-leadership education programs to business leaders, senior management and executives.

Working as part of a team you will be responsible for producing content for around 12 industry conference/forums, workshops and learning events each year in a multi-disciplinary role that will encompass research, client engagement, marketing communication and project management.

This market leading event design and display business seeks a capable Project Manager to join their team. You will be responsible for managing client projects to ensure they meet client expectations, along with budget, timeline and safety parameters.

Specifically you will be responsible for estimating/specifying projects and ensuring relevance to budgets & design. You will conduct thorough site analyses and infrastructure reviews, produce weekly reports & schedule updates, conduct feasibility on concept development, oversee project production & quality control,  ensure projects run within budget & to time lines, ensure clients sites are prepared and infrastructure is ready and fit for use and manage overall project logistics.

To succeed in the role you will require excellent project management and production experience from the display / event / entertainment / exhibition or allied industries as well as creative flair and design/decorative awareness and an understanding of lighting and display installation & removal.
