Sydney: $60-65,000 plus superannuation
Successful Event Management Company seeks a capable Event Coordinator to join their team on a permanent basis.
This is an exciting opportunity to get involved with an agency whose portfolio of clients includes some of the biggest names in the IT industry and deliver events including tradeshows, sponsorship activations, seminars, conferences and roadshows across Australia, New Zealand, Asia Pacific and Greater China.
Specifically, duties will include (but not be limited to) taking event briefs, participation in developing event concept, manage venue and F&B, manage supplier relationships, manage client sponsorship and booth activation, lead onsite execution team, registration processes, assist clients with event tasks, create run sheets, evaluations and onsite guides, signage & merchandise production.
Ideally you will have 3 years experience managing sponsorship & exhibitions or conferences, be tech savvy, confident and willing to pitch in where and when required. This is a small but friendly and dynamic team of people who work hard and at the same time enjoy a positive, happy working environment.
This role will report directly to the Managing Directors, and will involve occasional domestic and international travel. Remuneration will be commensurate with experience.
