Sydney: Hourly rate c$35.00 plus superannuation
Our client, an international member association requires an experienced Conference Coordinator for 8 weeks commencing 9th September 2019 and concluding 31st October 2019.
The key purpose of this role is to support the Marketing Manager with the coordination and delivery of the 2019 conference and signature event. This includes coordinating presenters and session facilitators, maintaining conference app, working closely with technical and venue staff, preparation of run sheets, chair notes, briefing notes and confirmation letters.
Experience in conference coordination (2+ years) is required, as is excellent time management skills, strong oral and written skills, ability to work in a collaborative manner and also autonomously in your own home office.
