Working with both new and existing clients, you will ensure maximum customer satisfaction, develop and maintain client relationships, develop relevant solutions, ensure all job requirements have been adequately met, and supervise installation of jobs.

Liaising and managing the relationship with external suppliers concerning equipment, crew, freight, AV, audio, lighting, furniture hire etc is a crucial element to this role as is liaising with Operations employees to ensure processes and procedures continue to be improved based on actual job experiences.

You will be experienced with providing quotations, managing budgets, comfortable liaising with Construction & Finance departments, along with the ability to brief drafts people both internal and external.

To be successful in this role you will require solid product and industry knowledge across exhibitions, events and product delivery. You must be able to deal with client at all levels, possess excellent communication skills, and have problem solving ability, outstanding customer service skills and the ability to meet deadlines.

This is very much a hands on role with a strong customer service focus.

Australia’s leading supplier of event solutions requires an experienced, organised and enthusiastic Operations Manager to join their team.

In this role you will provide leadership, direction and daily supervision to the Back of House (BOH) Operations Teams, keep the whole operation moving forward including taking over Warehouse or Logistics roles if necessary. You will work closely with Operations and Project teams on operational requirements of jobs including staffing; transport; equipment; prepping; scheduling. You will manage recruitment, selection and training of new BOH Operations staff, conduct regular team meetings, ensure regular stock takes are carried out, and monitor and improve WHS issues.

As a member of the Management Team, you will actively and effectively participate in Management conferences, effectively communicate and liaise with Directors, Management Team, staff, suppliers and external customers.

To be successful in this role, you will require expert product and event industry knowledge, possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to manage multiple tasks and priorities in order to meet deadlines and have a strong understanding of WHS principles and legislation. This fast-paced and multi disciplinary event agency seeks a creative and  talented Event Producer to focus on the internal client pitch process, working seamlessly with other internal stakeholders and ensuring all pitch elements are accounted for and delivered on-time. You will be an integral part of the ideation phase and responsible for all production elements from conceptualisation, strategy and the client journey.

Specifically you will take overall production accountability for all client pitches and manage multiple pitch projects simultaneously. You will liaise with suppliers, formulate budgets and develop innovative and creative production solutions for clients as well as work with account leads, Creative Director and Digital & Design team to develop event solutions that meets the client brief and objectives.

You will require at least five years events agency experience or similar with proven track-record in the production industry and have an extensive network of national event suppliers. You will also have a strong command of all live event technical, staging, lighting as well as proficiencies in screen content production.

You will have the ability to clearly communicate and possess excellent interpersonal skills and be comfortable presenting to clients and able to develop relationships with all stakeholders.
