Australia’s leading supplier of event solutions requires an experienced, organised and enthusiastic Project Manager to join their team.
Working with both new and existing clients, you will ensure maximum customer satisfaction, develop and maintain client relationships, develop relevant solutions, ensure all job requirements have been adequately met, and supervise installation of jobs.
Liaising and managing the relationship with external suppliers concerning equipment, crew, freight, AV, audio, lighting, furniture hire etc is a crucial element to this role as is liaising with Operations employees to ensure processes and procedures continue to be improved based on actual job experiences.
You will be experienced with providing quotations, managing budgets, comfortable liaising with Construction & Finance departments, along with the ability to brief drafts people both internal and external.
To be successful in this role you will require solid product and industry knowledge across exhibitions, events and product delivery. You must be able to deal with client at all levels, possess excellent communication skills, and have problem solving ability, outstanding customer service skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
This is very much a hands on role with a strong customer service focus.
