Sydney: $100,000 plus bonus plus super (c$135,000 package OTE) or pro-rata for part time
This boutique experiential agency is seeking a capable Business Development Manager to work closely with the MD and ensure growth targets are achieved through the acquisition of new business.
You will be responsible for managing and growing existing and new clients and taking them from brief to pitch to sale, then de-briefing and creating repeat business opportunities. You will consult with clients and prospects on communications plans and strategies, profile and develop key account prospects, acquire new accounts, develop account plans and pursue new business within existing accounts.
You will also support in establishing strategies for growth and developing an annual business development plan, reinforce industry collaborations, prepare and present proposals and pitches with the Production team, develop and implement initiatives that build local market awareness and interest in Zeal and collect and disseminate market and competitive intelligence.
To be a success in this role you will require a minimum of four years’ experience in business development/account management along with strong communication (oral and written), relationship building skills and knowledge of event production.
